The Scaled Agile Framework — SAFe — is the world's most widely adopted framework for scaling agile practices across large enterprises. The problem SAFe solves

SAFe addresses this by organizing teams into Agile Release Trains (ARTs) — long-lived, cross-functional groups of 50 to 125 people who plan, develop, and deliver together on a shared cadence called the Program Increment (PI). The ART is the fundamental unit of value delivery in SAFe, and its primary job is to eliminate the coordination tax that kills enterprise agility.
